Having had a software programme problem, and suggestions for resolution were unsuccessful, I was very happy with the prompt replacement of my Crenova trail camera. Well done and thank you!

I have had this camera for 3 years and it has been good until just recently when the amount of pictures taken was reduced significantly for some reason. Even though it was 1year out of warranty I contacted customer services at Crenova and a technician called Sandra helped me solve the problem.

Love this camera had some great videos of pics both day and night before the camera developed a bit of a leak. Fantastic service from the company and great communication with a replacement camera supplied within 48 hours. Would highly recommed this company really impressed with the service

Good afternoon,Further to my E-Mail below I now have further problems with my cameras. Both catches/clips on both cameras have now broken off due to the weakness of the plastic attachment to the camera body. We now have to put elastic bands around each camera when we use them, to keep them closed /shower proof.Furthermore, after some strange symptoms when switching on one of the cameras, it now does not work at all.I need to return both camera's to Crenova for repair or replacement.Could you please advise the full address of the company and to whom I should send the cameras.I would appreciate a response to the above as soon as possible.Sincere regardsJerry Brown

We used the camera mainly at night to view 2 foxes, a badger & hedgehog that visit our garden. The pictures gave us an understanding of how the animals were utilising our area for food & sometimes shelter.The camera was simple to set up & monitor with excellent results.

There is nothing to dislike about this - this is our second one the same and they are easy to use and very clear pictures - best buy as far as I am concerned

Used it for monitoring vermin on chicken and pheasant feeders. Does the job superbly. Easy to operate. Good quality footage. Glad I didn't buy one of the much more expensive models on the market. This works fine.

This is a good value product in my experience so far. It’s easy to use but at the same time has a lot of settings you can adjust. The default settings all work well however. Comes with a good band to fix to trees etc but also a universal fitment for tripods. Complete with an SD card, I had it up and running in minutes. Both useful and fun!
