Purchased this camera at the end of May 2020 and used almost every day and night since. Then, after 9 months, it just stopped working, with only a very brief display on the screen on switch on and then nothing. I contacted Crenova directly via their ‘contact us’ page on their website and they responded within 12 hours. After a couple of exchanges of further emails, just to explain the actual issue, I now have a new replacement camera. This process took less than a week and I couldn’t be happier with the efficiency of the support received directly from Crenova.With regards to the camera itself, then this is a fantastic piece of kit and great value for money. We use it mainly in our garden to capture the wildlife that comes and goes. The quality of both the still photos and the videos is excellent and the configurability of the settings allows you total flexibility and should suit anyone’s needs. For the money this is great value and I would recommend to anyone to buy this camera.

Great trail camera for the money. Its my first one and easy to operate with clear set up and operating instructions. I am using it to follow the wildlife in my garden. Fast delivery and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this camera.

Purchased two cameras to view wildlife, (04-2020) initially were getting reasonable results both day and night for a camera of this price but nothing like their pictures, then things started going wrong, night video froze after 10/12 secs (on both), date and time could not be relied upon, closing clips broke-off and now one camera has parted company from it's back plate (four little plastic nibs hold the two parts together, poor!) motion detection has been activated by sleet and snow, really too sensitive.
