I got these as backup batteries for when I travel in rather remote areas of south America, these are very good, almost as good as the original. They charge up in the same time and hold their charge well, very good purchase.

My original Nikon charger stopped working one day. I saw this option (charger plus two batteries) and delighted with life: not only is the charger less bulky than the original (flatter and more handy, it takes off centimeters of height in the front pocket of my backpack) but it charges faster (it's USB) and has two batteries... All are advantages:). So far, delighted with the purchase.

Charger is exactly as described and works well to replace my damaged Nikon charger. Batteries, just an option, who cares if the life is short or not. Surprisingly, battery life is long enough to use for a long whole day shooting section.
