I was looking for a wide angle lens for my 5d classic within budget and found this. After reviewing photos of others who have used this lens I decided to try it out. For my use it's perfect and photos are sharp. It's not a pro-lens but images are clear and bokeh looks good and colors are very nice for the price. I have a canon 50mm 1.8 and canon 85mm 1.8 to compare to. Auto focus is noisy/slow but it doesn't bother me as i'm not shooting much moving objects. The build quality is nice, compared to the canon 50mm lens which feels more plastic imo. Overall very pleased with purchase.

You get what you pay for, but for the price it’s a great lens. The auto focus is a little noisy and it can be hit or miss if recording yourself using a tripod. Other than that you’re getting a good lens for the price paid. Great for beginners or someone that just doesn’t want to spend an arm and a leg.
