The VB99 Mini V Mount battery from K&F Concept is delivered in a very stable box, which is lined with foam on the lid and on the bottom. The manufacturer has included a leaflet with instructions and information, but unfortunately the language is only English. A charging cable is also not included in the scope of delivery. The black plastic housing is very solid and most of the connections are protected from splash water by soft rubber covers. The first thing I did was fully charge the battery. The capacity of the internal lithium-ion battery with a size of 6700 mAh is displayed with percentage accuracy. The OLED display is easy to read, but I would like it to be a bit bigger. The glossy black surface on the front is approx. 65 mm wide and approx. 60 mm high. The display, on the other hand, is only about 20 x 10 mm. The strengths of this device lie in the protective mechanisms such as overcharging, overvoltage or overcurrent. In addition, the internal battery can be charged even though a camera or smartphone, for example, is being supplied with power. I was able to quickly charge my smartphone via the USB-C as well as the USB-A socket. While the charging time via USB-C corresponded to that of my 220 V power supply, it was even a little faster via USB-A. Conclusion: very solid power dispenser with a sharp OLED display, but I would like it to be bigger. I'm not deducting a star because you can see this in the pictures before you buy it. I hope this review is useful

I have two of them for my BMPCC 6K, because the actual batteries are empty far too quickly. Works fine with this. A bit pricey compared to similar parts, maybe they will last longer.

It takes a long time to charge but holds the charge well. Used on a Sony fx6

does the job. It's basically just a battery, but it's very well made and very good value for money. Appears to meet the specified specification. The build quality suggests that longevity is not an issue. You will not regret the choice.

This is a very well made and compact powerful power source. Although designed to include a V-mount for use with professional cameras and power source requirements, there are many other uses where power is required. One of my uses for this power source, at least in the summer, is to potentially charge it from a simple 20 watt solar panel. (It charges quickly from a PD source I recommend, and uses many other high-speed charging protocols). I bought a solar panel from Amazon a few years ago and previously used it to charge a 5 volt lithium battery pack, which has worked fairly well in the past, but always experienced a slow reverse discharge when the light source (the sun ) , was very low or at night. I connected the K&F Concept to the panel and it worked flawlessly, there was no discernible power consumption when the light source was dim and insufficient to provide a charge. I assume this is because the K&F Concept is processor controlled. So it seems to intelligently disconnect from the charging source when the input voltage drops and reconnect when there is enough voltage to charge. It's winter, so the sun is weak, but it charged the K&F Concept by 3% in about 50 minutes. This small charge was able to increase my wife's Ipad Pro by 12%, which is not bad at all and shows the efficiency of the K&F Concept. In the summer I fly my remote control helicopter and usually charge it with my car battery via a special device that requires a 10 to 15 volt power source. The K&F Concept worked perfectly in a test charge with the 12 volt output socket and a plug adapter. I should be getting multiple charges for this, but will update this review once I can confirm this. Apart from regular phones, iPads, cameras, etc., this device will charge. I won't list the ports it has, it says so in the description, but I've read that some people don't understand how to charge it. Charging is done through the USB-C port, which is used for both charging and normal output, all controlled by the onboard processor that automatically switches the C-ports function. The only criticism I have is the very small size of the screen and it would be nice if more information was displayed e.g. B. the current flowing through. I also find the labeling on the jack very faint and difficult to see, but that wouldn't be a problem in use. For the pro photographer, the way it mounts and the ability to produce a wide variety of outputs, as well as the comparatively small size/capacity would help offset the high price tag, but there's quite a lot packed into this small box.

very versatile battery. Great small size and easy to use with multiple connection options. The screen is small. Lightweight at 1.2 pounds.

This V mount battery is quite heavy and definitely not suitable for people with weak wrists when used as a camera charger. However, it can also be sued for charging other devices. It charges super fast, the phone recognizes it as a super fast charger - if a fast charging cable is used in addition. Each port can be used to charge other devices, but the battery itself is also charged in this way. Each port is covered with a rubber or silicone cover that snaps onto the ports. I imagine to prevent dust as I don't want to use this in the rain. The scope of delivery does not include a charging cable.

That's pretty impressive. It's well made, robust and very compact for the power it can deliver and the way it can deliver it. It looks neat but this cleanliness comes at a price as the screen is tiny and very difficult to read, especially at first glance. The information displayed is also the bare essentials and a few "nice to haves" are definitely missing. This is ideal for projects that take a while and gives you the peace of mind to focus on your work without having to constantly check the battery status. It's advertised for use with a camcorder camera but has many more uses including phones, tablets, cameras, flashlights, lamps, laptops... and makes an excellent addition. The battery has a V mount and is easy to attach. It has a variety of ports including USB-A, USB-C, D-TAP, 8V DC and 12V DC, all of which have dust covers. The lettering on the ports is tiny and difficult to see, especially in low light. It has an intelligent BMS chip, which means it can charge multiple devices with different needs at the same time, and that's pretty convenient. It also supports high-performance USB-C bi-directional power delivery up to 65W. It will be worth it for some people who need this standard equipment on a daily basis, but for a general amateur this is more of a nice touch than a need, and I am would spend my money elsewhere.

This battery is brilliant. It powered a Blackmagic Pocket 6K for over 12 hours, shooting a mix of 6K 24 and 50. I finished the day on an 18% charge. game changer. No more box loads of NPF batteries
