There are also 2 USB outputs for directly charging small devices with USB voltage. The idea of folding small solar panels together is interesting. However, the overall structure then has no stability and must be “stretched” accordingly in order to achieve full performance. Hanging from a vertical surface or laying on the floor will not produce the maximum possible performance. On the other hand: Better little than nothing... so you're happy to at least be able to provide your cell phone with a backup charge. On a bike trip, the weight of just over 2kg doesn't play a dramatic role, it only takes 2 minutes to set it up during breaks and connect it... The charging current of just over 2A isn't much, but every little bit can help... I always have it I also attached a small power bank to the second port... No matter how the panel was (in the sun), there was always enough power... I'm satisfied, the panel is good for my purposes. Only the price is a bit steep and the purchase needs to be carefully considered.

Setting up is generally done in less than five minutes. From my point of view, the integrated pocket as a whole as well as the small pocket on the back, where the cables and connections are located, are very successful. I connected my power station to the solar panel via the 5.5 x 2.1 mm connection and it immediately delivered its power when facing south at lunchtime. Here I was able to achieve up to 80 watts of power. It usually fluctuated between 75 and 80 watts. Compared to other solar panels (I have tested one in the last few weeks using my power station) and this one delivers up to 80% of its stated output. A good value from my perspective. Alternatively, up to two devices can be charged on this panel via USB-A. Charging my smartphone worked fine as expected. Overall, I am very satisfied with this solar panel. Assembly, dismantling, operation and transport are very easy - a successful concept. I am very happy to give my purchase recommendation here.

It was precisely for the latter purpose that I personally wanted to try it out, as I often go on day trips and spend a lot of time in nature. But I also think it's not a bad idea to have a solar panel like this at home in case of an emergency. The fact that a major power outage could theoretically occur is no longer completely unrealistic, especially in today's times. This is a foldable monocrystalline solar module which makes a solid and well-made impression. However, at 2.1 kilos, it is relatively heavy, so it might be a bit annoying to take with you on a hike or bike ride. The dimensions of 32 x 19 x 8 cm are not necessarily that compact and handy. The solar charger has an 18V DC output and has a high conversion efficiency of up to 23.5 percent, which is quite good comparatively. Even in higher heat, it still provides enough power. And it continues to charge well even when the sky is overcast and the sun doesn't come through quite as well. It is possible to combine this panel with the also portable ALLPOWERS 154WH/288WH/606WH power station and thus assemble a portable solar generator system from it. In my opinion, this would be a very useful option, especially in the event of a longer power outage, in order to still have some power available. The scope of delivery includes 1 DC 5.5 x 2.1 mm to 5.5 x 2.5 mm cable, a 1.5 m crocodile clip cable, a USB cable, a carabiner and an instruction manual. What's great is that you can hang the panel up using the included carabiners if you wish. I also find it positive that you can charge several smaller devices at the same time on the panel. You get a foldable solar panel with 100W max and some accessories. For example, a DC connection cable is supplied with various attachments (e.g. for connecting to a power station), a cable with crocodile clips for charging the car battery and a micro USB cable. The panel has a small connection box with DC, USB-C and 2 USB-A outputs. With the USB sockets you can, for example, charge your cell phone and power bank directly. There is also a DC input for connecting multiple modules. Contrary to a product image, the connections are not provided with covers. When folded, the size of the panel matches my power station. On its own it definitely fits in a backpack, but it may be too heavy for hiking or similar. But a smaller panel is also sufficient. However, foldability also means that the solar panel is not inherently stable. Accordingly, there is no stand for setting up or similar. However, the panel is supplied with 4 carabiner hooks and has several hanging or fastening loops all around. This makes it easy to hang the panel, for example on the roof rails of a car or on the piping of a caravan. Since the orientation towards the sun is important for solar modules, a windshield is recommended to achieve the best results. Alternatively, you can of course place it on the floor. So far I've been able to harvest a maximum of around 85W of power, but I found that to be ok given the circumstances. It could certainly be done better, but alignment is difficult with this panel. The build quality seems very good, the micro USB cable instead of USB-C is strange these days. The solar panel has a Velcro pocket, but not all cables fit into it. It is already well filled with DC cables and attachments and you can just close the panel with the Velcro when folded. Due to its foldability, the panel has advantages and disadvantages that you have to keep in mind before buying. If you're looking for a panel to set up nicely on the lawn, you won't be happy here. took this solar panel with me on vacation so that I could always charge it in remote places. The panel is as expected, very dependent on sunlight. In direct light and strong sun it works wonderfully and can charge the cell phone well. However, every small cloud weakens the performance a little. On very cloudy days, rainy days or even in fog, the performance is correspondingly low. The solar panel is very handy and can be folded up easily. Not all cables fit in the bag after you unfold them for the first time. However, you usually know which cables you want to have with you when you're on the go and can simply leave the rest in the car. The panel can be installed quickly and easily anywhere. I particularly like the fact that the individual panels can be aligned in different directions by folding the solar panel accordingly. This means that even small areas can be used to charge the panel as a whole. The weight is decent and of course cannot be compared with a small power bank. Nothing, but you still have a much more reliable charging battery with you. Simply ideal for traveling. It's worth taking this solar panel with you, especially when the weather is good. In the summer I also used this charging panel at home to save electricity. This worked well and charged the phone. The charging panel was convincing so far and gets a deserved five stars.

Not a disadvantage, but one limitation is that this panel is only foldable and does not have the option to stand up. So you should be clear about how I want to use this panel. Angle of incidence to the sun etc., but the loops and carabiners also offer very flexible hanging options depending on the location. You should consider the moisture that can arise under the panel if you place it flat on the floor.
