I like that it can be closed, especially for travel. I leave the lid open when charging. It’s just a habit I guess. I don’t know how long it takes to charge- I usually charge it overnight.

If you own a GoPro you know battery life in not that fantastic. So extra batteries is a must. These work great and seem to last a tad longer then the stock battery. Easy to use, small charging box somits east to take on the go. Definitely recommend for any GoPro user .

it's a good value for the charing pod and extra batteries, but one of my batteries didn't hold a charge at all. The second battery drained 10% faster than my GoPro battery...***update***after review, unexpectedly the seller reached out and sent me replacement batteries and tested these out today. these are definitely better than the ones that came in the bundle. seller stands behind their product, would definitely buy from them again peace of mind knowing that if I have an issue, I'll have it resolved in a timely manner.

The batteries I bought first would stay charged. The company reached out to me . I told them what the problem was they sent me new batteries.

I use this for my motorcycle trips. Keep it charging in my Tour-Pak and always have spare batteries ready to go. Since battery life is somewhat limited in GoPro cameras, I just change out batteries at fuel or food stops. Perfect for travels with GoPro cameras!

Update July 2nd - I was sent 2 new batteries from their support team and the new batteries are working! Thank you so much for the prompt support!The extra batteries DO NOT work! I've tried charging them multiple times, but the camera never turns on when those batteries are inserted into the GoPro. 1 star is for the charger, which I'm using for charging the the official GoPro batteries. The spare batteries are useless.Would be great if I can get replacements for the non-functioning batteries.

Works as advertised. Pay attention to note to cycle batteries from full to empty a few times to achieve maximum performance.

Complete trash product I've owned this for a year used ot 3 times and when I went to use it thr last time all 3 batteries were dead and wouldn't charge I put all 3 in the camera they all charged fine so this thing is just junk
