After getting a new 4lb 600mm lens was way too heavy to keep hoisting all day so got this monopod. It's light and adjust quickly for multiple angle changes on passing birds. *the photos attached are screenshots so they don't accurately portray how stable the shot was.

This thing is crazy sturdy. If you’re ever taking photos in a sketchy place, this can double as a self-defense weapon

I use these for fire prevention inspection. Documentation reports. The quality is good enough and will last you certainly more than a year or so. The clips that hold the pools extended do we’re out in time. What do you want for $21! I have purchased a half a dozen of these over my years of inspecting. Order two of them and you’ll be set for a long time.

I built a truck camper and I needed a way to hold up my table. I could have used and angle piece from the front wall, but I went for using a 1/4" T-nut and this monopod. It lets me keep the table level even if my truck is sitting on an incline. Quick adjustment. I ended up moving the t nut to a support under the table so it doesn't appear in the top of the table. Looks and works great!

While my camera takes hand-held photos well, from time to time, I like to use a monopod to further stabilize the camera. This one is great.

Sometimes a camera gets a bit heavy when it's held to your eye and you're waiting for the perfect shot. So I bought this to help when I went to watch and photograph the Sandhill Crane migration here in New Mexico. I love how easy it is to adjust the height. So I can stand--or sit down--and keep the camera at the perfect level. It also helps keep the camera steady so I have sharper shots. Sat on a half-wall the other day, poised with my camera on the end of this "stick", and waited for some coyotes to come by. Got the shot I was hoping to get...without trying to hold the camera still for 20 minutes while the coyotes took their time arriving. Folds up small--and is so lightweight that I wondered if it would be effective--but it is.

I bought this monopod - but then had some concerns about the 1/4 inch bolt after I went back and read reviews ... so I removed the original bolt and replaced with a new 1/4 inch bolt from a local hardware store. The new bolt has a slightly tighter fit in the camera tripod socket - and I know it is strong. I then tried to break the original bolt - using a vise and a pair of vice grips - but couldn't. So, the kf concept basics monopod as delivered had no defects - and the design and strength of the original unit appears fine - as you would expect from kf concept.

I bought this to use filming my daughters basketball games. Sometimes the bleachers get pretty full in our small gym and setting up a tripod taking up 3-4 seats isn't always possible. Hand held phone video was always shaky and hard to watch. So, I started looking for alternatives and found this.It allows me to keep my phone relatively still while still having the flexibility to move around if I need to. It's taken my wife's video skills up quite a few notches. The video is no longer shaky and she has the ability to tilt and reposition if necessary. The bottom has a rubber foot that can be screwed in out revealing a sharp metal tip that can be stuck in the ground if you wanted it outside. The rubber foot covers the tip when inside. It's a really cool design. I'd buy it again.

Maybe not as steady as a tripod..but 100 time better than hand held. Works will with built in stabilization for crisp pictures using my Canon Elph 180 in my senior years.
