Very good monopod. Comes with a soft case and strap for easy carrying. The foot has a metal spike, but has a rubber foot that screws down over the spike for when it is not necessary. I had hoped that the screw on the top was removable, but it does not seem easily possible. Comfortable handle, and easy telescoping latches. Personally, I only need it to go to 60", so 63" is more than enough.

Honestly no real complaints. I don't really like the locking tabs but I'm nitpicking.

Good monopod that is not flimsy. Inexpensive and very basic but that is just what I wanted. Don't really care for the wrist strap at the top but it fits my video camera and is easy enough to collapse and pack up in seconds. Grip should hold up for quite a while and is comfortable. The only thing I think that I might add is an adjustable elbow at the top so I can shoot different angles while holding it like a selfie stick or just needing a bit more reach. I shoot football games and band performances as a hobby and this fits the bill. Would recommend and purchase again.

I had lost the rod/monopod center section on a Sunpak 7500 TM which is no longer available. Fortunately I was able to modify this monopod using it as the center shaft to restore my tripod to usefulness.

I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a monopod, which to me, is essential. It is lightweight so easy to carry all day. It is a little tricky to extend, as the tabs are a little 'sticky,' but I assume that will ease up over time. I like the way the legs extend so quickly. With my previous monopod, the manfrotto, they were a little sluggish. However, I gave this gear a 4 star as opposed to 5 due to it's length. Compared to my Manfrotto, which I left on a tuk-tuk in India, it is a lot longer. That is problematic in terms of packing and carrying. It does come with a carry case, which I like, but again, it's less compact than it could be. Still, I didn't want to pay close to $50 for another manfrotto, so an overall good deal.

Perfect. Super tall, but obviously adjustable and compact when stored. Would advise getting a quick release attachment though.

It's great for my gimbal, but extending each section all the way causes a bit of wobble. Backing it off an inch solved it.

No quick release, and the whole monopod must be twisted to mount it to a camera. There's a rotating disk surrounding the mounting screw that provides some stability, but it's just about the cheapest mechanism that they could get away with. Same with the telescoping monopod extender, which is locked by very cheap plastic levers that must be manually, slowly extended if you wish to use it. It's a very inexpensive monopod, though, so no surprises, and for the price it's acceptable.
