The first approach is immediately positive, on contact the feeling of robustness and quality is restored. Used as a tripod for my gimbal, which was missing it. The double screw for insertion is convenient, which ensures that it can be used with other products as well. Opening the legs is easy and convenient, and the lock makes it more stable.

I did a lot of research and was previously convinced that this would be perfect for my hybrid photography.
One should buy fluid head and that is the most economical in price but not in terms of quality.
I thought of Manfrotto BeeLive but it was too light and no monopod possible.

If you want to use L-Bracket, you need to buy an adapter, the included quick release adapter perfectly fits any camera with 1/4 or 3/8 screw, but it is wider than common L-Bracket 39mm x 10mm.
3kg weight was not a criterion for me. Manfrotto BeeLive is 1.4 kg, but certainly not more robust. What I needed
was certainly a monopod.
Negative
- One will find it a bit confusing to balance with built in two mind levels. But you will soon learn.
We need to use the lever to pull so that the ball head will start tilting.
- The quick release plate could have been longer, 150mm instead of 100m which is supplied. It would have made the camera more stable with a longer lens. This would have made Panorama much better.

As a final criticism, I am very satisfied with the tripod and am looking for a long pleasant working with it.
I recommend it without hesitation.

This is a really nice, high quality tripod. The value for money is amazing. Feels solid and durable My complaints relate to the uncomfortable setup of the tripod when you want to fold it into the included pouch. Second, that my Ronin S Plate doesn't fit the video head. Otherwise it is a theft!

This tripod is a nice step up from the stick-leg style that I have been using. It adds quite a bit more stability and features for not that much more money. It's not as good as the higher end pro models, but I feel they made some decent compromises to keep the cost down while still maintaining features. The main parts of the tripod like the legs, cross support, and head are metal, but the leg clamps, hinges, and some other smaller parts are plastic. This affects durability, so you are going to have to take care of it if you want it to last. To that end, this tripod includes a really nice padded soft case for storing it in. The case even has a small interior pocket for storing accessories like the included shoulder strap and hex wrenches.

The fluid head movement is smooth for both tilt and rotation, and the handle is pretty easy to position where you want it. I like the bowl set for leveling out the head, though it could be a little smoother when moving it. I think the rough textured paint finish might be causing the roughness. The tripod legs have rubber feet snapped on to ball ends that are fixed in place. I don't think they can be removed for adding on spike feet for outdoor use.

The QR plate is similar in size to some other tripod and stabalizer plates I have (larger than Arca-style), and have a safety lock to prevent your camera falling to the ground when you loosen the QR clamp. The plate doesn't slide very smoothly in the clamp, again probably due to the textured painted finish. I own some other K&F Concepts products and they seem to do pretty well with picking decent quality products to put their brand name on. Overall, I'm pretty happy with this tripod.

Great entry level video tripod.
It’s nice and big and heavy enough to be stable. However a few things keep it from being a pro tier tripod. Mainly the plastic components. Some pieces feel cheap and do not inspire confidence of longevity.

This is a very serious tripod for video or photography. The unit is a bit heavy even though it's all aluminum but I only need to use it in the field on occasion so no worried there.

It is similarly heavy duty as the Leofoto carbon fiber one I got a few months ago that is also for serious shooting all day in the field.

I have a lot of K&F Concepts gear and all of their stuff is high quality with excellent build and materials for years of reliable use.

Overall Recommended! I have 3 tripods of this brand and they are lasted so far 3 years. Good value for the money.

I needed a video monopod for a lightweight camera. I knew the Cayer was a good option in terms of price and quality, but I hadn't personally tried these two-in-one kits.

I'm very happy, for a little more price (from 110€ for the normal monopod to 140€ for the tripod/monopod) I have both. A monopod that works well with a mirrorless DSLR or in my case a medium sized fs5 type video camera. In addition, as a tripod, it is very suitable as a second tripod for a fixed plane that does not move much. Still, the bread and the tilts are good for them.

If you need a professional tripod to use as your main tripod, you may need to go for a more expensive tripod. However, if you want a well-designed monopod that you can double use as a secondary tripod, this is a hit.

In fact I couldn't see it until the monopod arrived (without using the center pole), it stays around 1.7m. For me it's a perfect height but with another extension you can go even higher.

I state that I already have a Manfrotto 546GB with a 504HD head (great headstand), I needed a second tripod but I had no intention of accessing a mortgage to buy it... so I will compare it to this...
what can I say I was amazed at the quality... I was expecting a cinesata but had to change my mind, large size, closed it is the size of a photo tripod, it has a fantastic carrying case, a liquid head with different adjustments, adjustments, bubbles, etc., dimensions during use both in height and in perfect dimensions, possibility of using them as a monopod.

Let's go to the dark side...
The weight is definitely not light, the head I still say good does not have all the Manfrotto head adjustments, for example the adjustable clutch for horizontal movement... which is present on Manfrotto and is not present here... but we always consider the price, the head movement boom is a little short and non-telescopic, there is no three-foot base in monopod mode, so you get tired of holding it in place for long-term use. The hooks for tightening the tripod rods seem undersized to me, but it still does their dirty work.
Conclusion Manfrotto is still Manfrotto... but this Cayer surprised me.

A tripod of modest size but excellent strength. Made entirely of aluminum alloy, it is solid and stable. The stiffness of the feet is adjustable with 2 screws (included with Fortnite) and allows you to adjust the inclination of the feet at will while maintaining high stability. Useful when it needs to be placed in tight spaces or with limited horizontal surfaces. Very good for the price I bought it at.
