The batteries work great and love the charger. I was more impressed by the product support. I contacted K&F CONCEPT about one of the batteries not working, K&F CONCEPT wasn't much help. K&F CONCEPT rep told me to contact the seller. I contacted the seller/ company by email about one of the batteries not working. They were very prompt in response. Verified my K&F CONCEPT order number and address and got a replacement in in just a few days delivered by K&F CONCEPT. The batteries last as long as the GoPro battery. I've not seen any of the problems others have reported (bulging or battery life). Very happy with the purchase!

Very easy to charge the batteries. Excellent addition to my camera bag for traveling. Small cube, snaps shut, keeps all the batteries in one place. The batteries don't seem run as long as the originals, but the price more than makes up for that. I'd say 80% of the original GoPro battery life.

This setup comes in handy! if you every had a gropro or acting camera before, you know that you go through them like a waterfall and this helps with getting everything you need throughout the day.

I purchased this for the charger since the GoPro hero 12 I purchased did not come with a charger The two batteries that came with the charger works well with my GoPro hero 12. They don't last as long, but they are a nice bonus. The chargers is nice to have so you charge 3 batteries at once. It's nice that this is small enough that it fits in a jacket pocket. Now I can charge batteries at home or while driving.

UPDATE: Seller reached out to me concerning my experience and sent me a replacement set. I appreciate the seller actually reading the reviews trying to make it right. I will give these new batteries a chance.ORIGINAL:Upon first impression, the batteries and charger worked well with my GoPro 9.However, after just several charges, I noticed a strong electrical smell and eventually realized that the charger box had a lot of smoke coming out of it. I immediately unplugged it and had to toss it away as the charger box was incredibly hot and began to melt at the USB C port.I would suspect that something malfunctioned in the USB C chip/board inside the charger and began to burn. If I would not have caught this sooner, it would have probably caught on fire with all 3 Lithium batteries inside, which was also just inches away from my DSLR camera. Hopefully this was just an anomaly.

UPDATE: I added two more stars due to their great customer service. The company contacted me after I left a review. Was not expecting one. They were wonderful and sent me a replacement. For me customer service is very important.Disappointed that it did not last long. Battery life was abut 1/3 of the GoPro battery. Battery died quickly while filming whales underwater.

I think so far it is a wonderful product. The hinge on the door of the charger was broken when I received it which was a bummer. But I have had amazing service and support and this company has taken excellent care of me!!

the charger is small and compact which I like. upon receiving it instantly tried the batteries to make sure that it would turn on my go pro and it does. so far so good. will keep it updated as it goes along to keep review up to date
