Amazing! It's my first adapter and it's so cool to see my 200mm lense get a second Life! The adapter quality is solid. I love the solid building quality and overall design of the adapter, as it matches the same aesthetic as the lense, mounting onto my Sony A7iii.
I did however accidentally order the wrong mount at first, as it was a Bayonet Mount. Unaware of this, I had to return and purchase what's called the M42 mount (aka Screw Mount). Make sure you know what model you're looking for!

The delivery of the item was flawless and fast as always.
Great adaptor. It can be attached to the camera without any problems, nothing scratches or catches, it fits perfectly. The M42 lenses provided for this can also be screwed on without any problems. The only downside is that the camera becomes very heavy with the adapter and the lens. Clear purchase recommendation, 5 stars from me.

Analogue lenses have character and charm - that's for sure. And they are often many times cheaper than their digital counterparts. So why not adapt the good "old glasses" to a new camera? I already own the Neewer adapter for my Minolta glasses and now I wanted to test this K&F lens adapter for my M42 lenses on my Sony a7III and a6300. Today I also added the Minolta(AF)-NEX adapter to continue using my old Sony A-mount lenses.
I placed particular value on the following two points: quality and function.
1. Quality:
At this price (Minolta AF or Sony A-Mount), you can expect a little more from a lens adapter. To get straight to the point - my expectations were fully met.
Packaging:
The adapter arrived very well packaged and, in contrast to the Neewer adapter, even has a resealable plastic box. In this you can transport or stow it very well when you don't need it. Because we definitely don't want too much dust getting into the adapter and then into the camera.
Adapter:
The K&F adapter is made entirely of metal (brass and aluminum + a few steel screws). It feels very high quality and you have the feeling of holding something solid in your hand. The thread is very clean and well made. My lenses could be screwed in and unscrewed again without jamming. That's the way it has to be!
The fit on my Sony a7III with E-mount connection was very snug and tight. There was no wobbling or sliding after the adapter snapped onto the camera. It was also easy to dismantle thanks to the grooves on the surface of the adapter. This was thought through and not just valued for the optics.
The aperture selection on the Minolta AF adapter works excellently and feels "full" and easy to use. The f-stops therefore sit correctly and are not accidentally adjusted.
2nd function:
The adapter actually only adjusts the back focus of the "old lenses" to the new camera. He does this job excellently! Focusing to infinity works perfectly and the images are not affected by any additional lenses. Of course it depends on the lenses what the end result looks like - in my case I have the Porst wide angle 35mm f/3.5, the Auto Exaktar 135mm f/2.8 and for the Minolta AF the Samyang 16mm T2.2 used (see sample images).
I'm really happy with the K&F adapter and I'm sure I'll still have a lot of fun with it and my old lenses. I would buy it again anytime.
Edit 03/04/2019: I've even bought the Minolta(AF)-NEX adapter because I've only had good experiences with the products from K&F so far and I wasn't disappointed this time either. Great product and thanks to the choice of aperture I can now continue to use my old Sony A-mount lenses.
I bought and paid for the K&F adapter as usual via Amazon, but I get the money refunded as a product tester. As always, my opinion remains independent and honest.

Works perfectly! Many people are frustrated saying that the threads do not line up, or that this adapter will not work with Super Takumar lenses because of the lip. Well, it worked just fine for me!
Vintage lenses are such a blast to shoot with, and this adapter is a great (minuscule) investment. The build quality is excellent, and it attaches very securely. A must-have for any Intermediate/Advanced user.

I was able to save £ 140.00 by buying this adaptor. I have an e -mount sony camera now. I am now able to use an old but useful a- mount macro lens with this new camera.

The prices is right.
-Nice product presentation.
-"What a Solid Piece" of investment.
-The product is well built and works as intended.
As a collector of Lens and Adapters, this is one of my favorite adapters, for the price range and quality.
Although some might complain about front heaviness, let this be a reminder of its built quality.
The Quality, Built and Price makes this Bad Boy a collector's choice!

Bought it to try out a cheap A mount zoom lens on my Sony mirror less camera and it seems to work perfectly. Very impressed with the build quality. It is made of metal and feels solid. The connection on both the lens and camera feels very secure and lock in place with a reassuring click. There are no electrical connections as you wou would expect at this price, so it's manual focusing and a ring for adjusting aperture which again feels good quality. One of those purchases that when it arrives makes you think 'i made a good choice'. Made me look at the K&F Concept websitecabd rforr other products which also seem to have good reviews. No hesitation in recommending this product.

1 star missing because it doesn’t really work well with the Takumar 50 1.4 (the lens doesn’t focus to infinity as others have mentioned). The other four stars are because otherwise it is built well and I’m sure will work with most other lenses. Using it on a Sony A7R III and it gives me nice and sharp images even with that sensor so well machined I’d say. Although I also have the same brand adapter on a Fuji XT2 and it still focussed to infinity (though it did get a little stiff at that end) so I’m not sure if they’re all manufactured exactly the same or it there is a difference from version to version. All in a all a good product.

I bought this adapter for my new Alpha 7M2. I came from an old sony alpha 450 bought about 10 years ago and on which I mounted some Minolta lenses my father owned in an old analogue. What can I say, he does his job very well.
The body of the adapter is made entirely of metal.
Some notes: as has already been written, the AF obviously does not work and you will have to focus manually (which I do not mind).
Having switched to full-frame, my old fish-eye (made for APS-C), hooked to this adapter, initially showed horrible black borders. However, the sony alpha 7m2 has a setting just for this and allows you to shoot in APS-C mode.
The aperture ring is intuitive and easy to use.
